New Netflix originals to watch this November 2018

A new month means new hope and anticipation for Netflix viewers. It offers a plethora of fresh shows & series to its already existing vast library. With so many good shows of different genres available at the luxury of pressing a remote button, who would want to venture out? Truly, our generation should be renamed as “Netflix” generation as we love such varied options from history to suspense to rom-com to comedy to documentary to cartoon series, to binge over a weekend. In these present case scenarios, our lifestyle habits are continuously changing and nowadays, the idea of a group party or singles night, a hang-out plan with friends or a romantic date, is always – the comfort of home, order in food, beverages & Netflix. The new ones are an addition to the treasure trove.

This month- November has seen a lot of original & fresh series but a few take the award away. These are perfect for your binge sessions-

1) They’ll Love Me When I Am Dead-

An American documentary directed by Morgan Neville revolving around the making and filming of The Other Side of the Wind. Viewers are saying that- “This documentary opens an entertaining window into the creative process of film-making.”

2) John Leguizamo’s Latin History for Morons –

John Leguizamo’s road to Broadway captures his quest to portray the rich Latin history of 3000 years. He not only finds humour but heartbreak too. A stand-up show definitely worth watching.

3) Outlaw King –

A historical action drama about Robert the Bruce, the 14th-century Scottish king who launched a guerrilla war against the larger English army. It is co-written, produced and directed by David Mackenzie. It is definitely a treat for history lovers.

4) The Great British Baking Show –

A baking show off. In this a group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, showcasing their baking skills, with a contestant being eliminated in each round to win the coveted title.

5) Narcos: Mexico –

An American crime drama series. Originally intended to be the fourth season of the Netflix original series Narcos, it was ultimately developed as a companion series focusing on the illegal drug trade in Mexico, whereas the parent series centred on the illegal drug trade in Colombia.

6) She-Ra and the Princesses of Power –

An American animated series showcasing the tale of the teenager Adora’s rebellion against the evil Hordak and his Horde, in the guise of the heroine She-Ra and leading a group of other magical princesses. Superheroine stuff!

7) The Kominsky Method –

Amid all the action & drama, comes this comedy series as a fresh change. It’s about an actor who years ago had a brief fling with success and is now a revered Hollywood acting coach.

8) Trevor Noah: Son of Patricia –

Netflix this month is donning big guns and bringing out lots of comical series and stand-ups. This one by Trevor Noah is guaranteed to tickle your funny bones.
